Digital communication has become increasingly valuable. From banner ads to organic social media posts, I have helped brands connect with savvy consumers on the sites where they spend the most time.
I worked on a variety of consumer-facing digital campaigns for the U.S. Postal Service, including Informed Delivery® and the 2018 holiday campaign.
These campaigns included a variety of custom banners, direct mail pieces, website concepts, emails and more.
I ran both the B2B and B2C social pages and blogs while at Crowdtap, allowing me a broad understanding of the differences in business and consumer-facing voices.
While at Crowdtap, we polled our users about what they wanted to see. They were most interested in updates about samplings and products that brands they followed were releasing. They also wanted to see more of the results of surveys they were answering.
We created a robust social media and blog plan to address these wants.
