USPSDelivers.com was developed to better establish the U.S. Postal Service as a shipping partner for small and medium-sized businesses. 

The site delivers. Hundreds of thousands of leads have been generated from the content, and the Postal Service has seen its perception improve from business owners who would have previously turned to UPS or FedEx.

As a strategic content copywriter for the USPS Delivers team, I work closely with art directors and designers to create comprehensive articles. Some are short and simple reads that help drive traffic to whitepapers. Others are more intricate experiences with animation, illustration and enhanced navigation.

This growing insights company — which helps independent retailers use and understand data to better compete in the beverage alcohol markets — needed to build up their brand and create important proof points for their product.

I regularly write in-depth articles on industry trends and business news, as well as a weekly newsletter digesting valuable goings-on for independent retailers. I also work with the team on case studies, presentations and scripts that spread their valuable insight to other businesses in the market of improving beverage alcohol retail.

Suzy (fka Crowdtap) is a marketing company based in consumer insights. The platform allows brands to launch quick questions to millions of active users and receive actionable insight in real-time.

As the company transitioned from Crowdtap, which focused deeply on influencer marketing, into Suzy, I helped establish the company as a thought leader in both spaces. I wrote case studies, research reports, one-sheets, video scripts, webinar promotions and more.
